Overview
Pipelines visualise leads as kanban-style stages, letting sales reps track progress and forecast revenue.
Business value
Visualises the sales process as a kanban board so reps see exactly where every deal stands and managers forecast revenue with confidence. Multiple pipelines support different sales motions (new biz vs renewal vs partner-led).
- Who uses it: Sales reps, sales managers, RevOps
- Key benefit: Forecast accuracy improves because pipeline value is visible, weighted, and dated.
Typical use cases:
- Run separate pipelines for inbound, outbound, and channel sales
- Move deals through stages by drag-and-drop during a sales review
- Forecast next-quarter revenue from weighted pipeline value

Accessing this module
From the admin sidebar, navigate to Sales Pipelines, or open the URL directly:
/admin/leads/pipelines
List view
The list view shows existing sales pipelines records. Use it to search, filter, sort, and bulk-act on items.
Common actions
- View existing records — open Sales Pipelines from the sidebar to see the list view.
- Search and filter — use the search box and column filters to find records.
- Create a new record — click the Add / New button (or follow the "Create" URL above) and fill in the required fields.
- Edit a record — click a row to open the detail view, then use the edit action.
- Delete a record — use the row's delete action; deletion may be soft or hard depending on the module.
- Bulk operations — select multiple rows via the checkboxes and apply a bulk action from the toolbar (export, delete, status change, etc., where supported).
