Overview

The Shopify integration connects your Shopify store to the CRM, pulling in orders, customers, products, categories, and discount codes. Staff can browse Shopify data directly in the CRM and import products into the CRM catalogue.

Provides a unified view of Shopify commerce activity alongside CRM client records, eliminating the need to switch between platforms to answer questions about order history, product availability, or active discounts.

From the admin sidebar, navigate to Shopify, or open the URL directly:

Orders Shopify orders with status, line items, and customer details
Customers Shopify customer profiles matched or linked to CRM clients
Products Shopify products with SKU, price, and inventory level
Categories Shopify product collections
Discounts Active and past Shopify discount codes

Common actions

  1. Connect a Shopify store — enter the store URL and API credentials to establish the connection.
  2. View orders — browse all Shopify orders with status and customer information.
  3. View customers — see Shopify customer records and their CRM client mapping.
  4. Browse products — inspect the Shopify product catalogue within the CRM.
  5. Import products — pull selected Shopify products into the CRM item catalogue for use in invoices and estimates.
  6. View discounts — see all active and expired discount codes from the connected store.
  7. View order details — drill into a specific order to see full line items, shipping, and payment details.
