Overview

Account Balances tracks internal monetary flows across organisational accounts — cash pools, project budgets, or departmental wallets. It records transfers between accounts, individual entries (credits/debits), and withdrawal events with a full audit trail.

Business value

Provides a lightweight internal treasury view for companies that manage multiple pools of money (petty cash, project reserves, department budgets) without a full ERP general ledger.
